This introductory program provides essential training for workers who may encounter asbestos in the workplace. Participants will learn how to recognize asbestos-containing materials, understand common uses and locations, and review the serious health risks associated with exposure. The course also covers key regulatory requirements from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that help ensure worker protection.
This course builds general awareness and hazard-prevention knowledge. The program is available in English and Spanish and includes a wallet ID upon completion.
